Make your Library Giving Day gift today!

In 2019, as part of National Library Week, Pierce County Library Foundation (PCLF) joined 192 library systems and their foundations across Washington State for the first-ever Library Giving Day on Wednesday, April 10, 2019. This online giving campaign was dedicated to growing philanthropic support for libraries in Washington State. Now an international movement, #LibraryGivingDay is a one-day fundraising event encouraging people who depend on and enjoy public libraries to donate to their individual library system.

In today’s challenging and uncertain environment, we want you to know  that Pierce County Library System is here for you – our families, friends and neighbors. More than just a physical space, the Library continues to meet the needs of our community, strengthening their digital presence and continuing to provide much-needed resources every day.

We ask you to join us today to make a gift to Pierce County Library Foundation during the third annual #LibraryGivingDay. Your gift will enhance vital online and digital services for customers and the Pierce County community. These resources:

  • Support school and career success
  • Strengthen practical skills and knowledge
  • Create opportunities for Customers to discover new interests
  • Connect Customers to information and community resources

Thank you!
